Fused.com Web Hosting Review

The hosting company Fused.com has been launched in 2006. On their website, the company claims that their very first client is still a customer and they are very proud of this fact. Their main focus is to satisfy their clients by providing outstanding support.

Fused.com also claims that most of their clients are using the following software for their websites: WordPress, Joomla, Magento, osCommerce, ZenCart, OpenCart, Joomla along with many others. The company offers shared, semi-dedicated and dedicated hosting plans.

The pricing of a shared plan starts at $30 per month, and includes 5 GB of storage, unmetered data transfer, 5 email accounts and backups every night. If you are building an online shop and want to add SSL to your site, a dedicated IP address and certificate will costs you $5 monthly. Extra email accounts, storage and MySQL databases are available at extra cost.

The semi-dedicated plan, is actually a fully managed virtual private server that starts at $99 per month. The dedicated servers offered by Fused.com are also fully managed and the cost starts at $199 per month, however to acquire a server, you have to contact them first.

Or team now is finding ways to test out their service, however we already have a first impression: we believe that the plans offered by Fused.com are overpriced, and their hosting service is not for everyone. It may be suitable for online shops who can afford paying extra for a better support or for businesses with busy websites that can afford to pay for the fully managed servers.
